In India, spring season usually begins in the month of February and lasts until April. This season is also known as the “Vasant Ritu” in Hindi, and it marks the transition between the winter and summer seasons.
During spring in India, the weather starts getting warmer, and the days become longer. The temperatures can vary depending on the location, but in general, it’s a pleasant time of the year with moderate temperatures and clear skies. In the northern parts of India, the weather can still be chilly in February, but by March, the temperatures start rising.
One of the most significant events that take place during the spring season in India is the celebration of Holi, also known as the “festival of colors.” Holi is a Hindu festival that is celebrated in March, and it is a joyous occasion where people throw colored powder and water at each other. The festival signifies the victory of good over evil and the arrival of spring.
Other festivals that take place during the spring season in India include Maha Shivaratri, Ram Navami, and Baisakhi. The season is also a time for weddings and other social events, and people often wear bright and colorful clothes to celebrate the arrival of spring.
